Real estate player ION, known as a developer of projects such as the Boerentoren in Antwerp, launches its own podcast program for the first time in the sector: Real Estape. Every two months, ION, along with numerous experts, will address a current theme that can engage consumers, investors, and professionals alike.
In this podcast, topics ranging from permit issues and marketing tools to investment choices and legal matters are addressed, as well as technical and consumer-oriented subjects.
“We cover a wide range of topics and we don’t do this alone,” says Demuynck. “We invite external experts to share their insights. We create these podcasts primarily to exchange ideas and inform everyone we can reach as effectively as possible. A well-informed consumer, investor, or professional can make a correct and informed decision. We also strongly believe in the potential of podcasts.”
